Today, I am going to show you about the custom t-shirt maker, and tell you how to do the complete process from in CorelDraw sending it to your cutter weeding it, pressing it, and showing your finished product. So, the material you will need to use is the badger dry fit fluorescent green shirt, and you will need to use the silver lens heat transfer vinyl, and then you will need to use the black easy weed heat transfer vinyl. In addition, the cutter that you should use is X GCC expert 24, and the sticky flash template material that you don’t need to use at all because you are using all heat transfer vinyl. The cutter that you need to use is red press 15 by 15. So, this all material that you are using because it is the thinner material that you will need to use the 45 degree blade. So, 65 degree blade is for your glitters and your and your sticky flock. 45 degree blade is for your thinner materials like your FDC sign vinyl, and your easy weeds and any of your thinner material.

So, after all these material things, go over to the computer and CorelDraw on the TRW stone wizard and file set up. Let’s start making a shirt and show you how to set this up, bring it into great cuts, which is the cutting software for the GCC cutter, get into the weeding the pressing everything else. In CorelDraw use the CorelDraw version x6 or 64-bit version. Put any design in CorelDraw or if you purchase the design, choose any color and move forward.

So, highlight the design using mouse and go to templates, create magic templates and you are done. Pretty easy process. Again highlight this and hit mirror horizontally anytime you are working with your heat transfer vinyl you want to mirror. And for the black easyweed you will need to use the chicks dig the long ball. The worthy part of it well use the silver lens for the specific area. So, highlight the specific area and hit the CTRL-C button as in cat, go to great cuts CTRL V as in victor, and paste it in, if you hit A its going to rotate it, drop it that specific pasted thing down to the corner right. Now go ahead and hit the cut objects and choose GCC expert 24. Now get your pressure down around 50 and set the speed to 60, load your black easyweed into the cutter to get ready the cut.

Now move to the black easyweed cutter, make sure your pinch rollers are up. After setting up things you will see the right areas in the cutter that’s where your grid rollers are. So you always have to have your pinch rollers on one of those white areas or its not gonna cut for you. After cutting go to your system again make changes then go to the press and get your design setup.
